In the last few years, the chapter has worked tirelessly to make improvements to our house. The current Omicron house, which has been in use since 1959, is rich in tradition and has been home to thousands of AEPI men and the hub of lifelong memories for over a half century. Our unique house and property at 170 River Road is located on one of the largest private lots on campus and is situated in very close proximity to Sanford Stadium, Ramsey Student Center, Village Summit Dining Commons, and the Tucker Bus Stop.

• Multiple outdoor patios 

• The only full-length basketball court in UGA greek life

• Newly renovated upstairs library/lounge complete with 84” HD TV and brand-new sofas
